How to wash your shoes?
Do not bleach on the shoe and don't wash heavily. Keep the shoe away from high temperature and direct sunlight.
Is design customization possible?
Yes, We also create custom artwork. If you have a specific design that you require, you can send us an email with your own design and requirement - support@colorkicks.com.
How long until I get my shoes?
Delivery within 24/48 hours within the states in India.
What if I want a different type of design than I see on the website?
We will adapt any type of design with any type of material. Feel free to contact us with any questions you may have. We would be happy to work with you to turn your dream product design into reality.
If I live outside of the India, will I be charged an import fee?
It is the customers responsibility to pay import taxes and duties which may be collected upon arrival.
Can I find same collection online & at 24COLOURKICKS store?
The collection on our site is only a small part of the options offered in our store. To get to know our selection of products better, we advise you to visit our store. You will get the best offers and benefit from promotions from time to time.
Does 24COLOURKICKS offer repair of shoes?
We currently do not provide any such facility.
Can I get a shoutout on Instagram?
Sure. If you post our product, we'll tag your Instagram username when it's completed. You must tell us your username in the comments on our posts.
