Place the paper on the floor, with one edge touching a wall.
Stand on the paper with your heel gently touching the wall.
Mark the longest point of your foot (usually the tip of your big toe or second toe).
Measure the distance from the edge of the paper (wall side) to the mark using a ruler — this is your foot length in cm.
Repeat for the other foot and use the larger measurement when selecting your size.
🧠 Tip: Measure your feet in the evening — feet tend to swell slightly during the day, and this gives the most accurate size.
