Refund Policy – Colour Kicks

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have returned your product and it passes our quality check, we will initiate your refund to your original payment method within 48 hours of pickup.

Refund Timelines

Once initiated, refunds will reflect in your account as per the following timelines:

Prepaid Orders (via Payment Gateway): Refunds take 5–7 working days to reflect, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and bank holidays.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: You will receive a secure link via WhatsApp and Email to enter your UPI or bank details. Once submitted, refunds will reflect in your account within 5–7 working days.
Approved refunds will be credited to the orginal payment method within 7 days.

Important Notes

Refunds are subject to product passing the quality check at our end.
Refunds will only be processed once the returned item is picked up and inspected.
Refunds are not applicable on customized or made-to-order products.
