All our shoes are either hand-painted or digitally printed with original designs. While we try our best to display colors accurately, slight variations may occur due to screen settings or handmade nature.

2. Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing error, stock issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Customized Products

Customized products are made as per customer requirements and are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please ensure all design approvals are final before confirmation.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept payments via online gateways and Cash on Delivery (where applicable). Payment must be made in full before order processing.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are usually dispatched within the timeline mentioned on product pages. Delays caused by courier services or force majeure events are beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Return and refund policies are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy and Refund Policy.
