Return & Exchange Policy – Colour Kicks

At Colour Kicks, we take pride in the quality and uniqueness of every pair of shoes we deliver. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help!

7-Day Easy Return & Exchange

We offer a 7-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return/Exchange

The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with original packaging.

Returns will not be accepted if:

  1. The item is used, worn, or damaged
  2. The original packaging is missing
  3. The request is raised after 7 days of delivery

Refund Process

Once your return is picked up and verified, your refund will be processed within 48 hours. Exchange Delivery Timeline Once your return is approved, the exchange product will be delivered within 7 days.

Note for Customized Orders

Please note: Customized shoes made as per your request are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damage or Defect Claim

For any issues like wrong product, size mismatch, or damage:

  1. Share an unboxing video starting from the moment you open the sealed package, showing the AWB number is clearly visible at the begining of the video.
